Tara (and her crew) handled my deceased wife's estate sale in a painless fashion. She took a potentially emotionally draining process and made it seamless. From the moment she walked in and explained the process to the final pack-out and cleaning I never had to be concerned. She communicates regularly and factually. I couldn't believe we could sell the "seven kinds of fabric softener" that was in the laundry room!!! And keep in mind she pulled this off in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis. I cannot recommend Tara enough. I live in Atlanta and my aunt in south Florida died suddenly. Tara handled every aspect of cleaning out her condo and prepping it for sale. Not only did she take the stress of trying to do this 700 miles away but she saved me hundreds of dollars in travel costs. I have no other relatives in south Florida so I doubt I’d ever have the opportunity to use her again but for anyone in a similar situation rest assured when using Tara. She does an incredible job.
